Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart: Right of withdrawal for online ordering of a Tesla confirmed
The Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart ruled in its decision of 08.04.2025 (case number 6 U 126/24) that a consumer has the right to return a Tesla purchased in the online shop
