2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as the type and purpose of use
a) When visiting the website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information, among others, is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:
IP address of the requesting computer, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, website from which access is made (referrer URL), browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.
We process the above data for the following purposes:

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes for data collection listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you personally.

b) When using our contact form
If you have any questions, you can contact us using a form provided on the website. You can also use this form to give us a mandate, provided that the power of attorney provided for download is fully completed and signed and uploaded.
The following data is required so that we know who the request came from and so that we can process it:

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We will only share your personal information with third parties if:
you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR, the transfer is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data, in the event that there is a legal obligation to disclose the data in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter c of GDPR, as well as this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR.
4. Cookies
We use so-called session cookies to optimize our online offering. A session cookie is a small text file that is sent by the respective servers when you visit a website and is temporarily stored on your hard disk. This file contains a so-called session ID, which can be used to assign various requests from your browser to the shared session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. These cookies are deleted after you close your browser.

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). 7. Legal basis and storage period
The legal basis for data processing according to the above points is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a, b and f GDPR.
Unless specifically stated, we only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes pursued or as required by law.
8. Rights of the data subject
Under applicable law, you have various rights with regard to your personal data. If you wish to exercise these rights, please send your request by email or post, clearly identifying yourself, to the address stated in section 1.

a) Right to confirmation and information
You have the right at any time to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed. If this is the case, you have the right to request information from us free of charge about the personal data stored about you, together with a copy of this data. You also have the right to the following information:

2. the categories of personal data being processed;

8. the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR and – at least in those cases – meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the scope and envisaged consequences of such processing for you.
If personal data is transferred to a third country or to an international organisation, you have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR in connection with the transfer.
b) Right to rectification
You have the right to request that we immediately correct any inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request that incomplete personal data be completed - also by means of a supplementary statement.
c) Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
According to Art. 17 Para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
d) right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that we restrict processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR if one of the following conditions is met:
1. the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
2. the processing is unlawful and you have opposed the erasure of the personal data and requested the restriction of the use of the personal data instead;
3. we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require the data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or
4. You have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR, as long as it has not yet been determined whether the legitimate reasons of our company outweigh yours.
e) Right to data portability
According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have made available to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit this data to another responsible party without hindrance from us, provided that
1. the processing is based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 9 Para. 2 lit. a GDPR or on a contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR and
2. the processing is carried out by automated means.
When exercising your right to data portability pursuant to paragraph 1, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from us to another controller, where technically feasible.
f) Right to revoke consent under data protection law
You have the right to revoke your consent to us at any time in accordance with Art. 7 Paragraph 3 GDPR. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.
g) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you is unlawful.
9. Right of objection
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.

10. Data security
We make every effort to ensure the security of your data within the framework of applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities.
We transmit your personal data in encrypted form. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system, but we would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
To protect your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, which we continually adapt to the state of the art.
We also do not guarantee that our service will be available at specific times; disruptions, interruptions or failures cannot be ruled out. The servers we use are regularly and carefully backed up.
11. Current status and changes to this privacy policy
This privacy policy is currently valid and is dated September 2019.
Due to the further development of our website and offers on it or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to change this data protection declaration.
Use of Google Analytics advertising features
In addition to the standard configuration of Google Analytics, this website also uses functions of Google Analytics that support interest-based advertising and advertising based on users' surfing behavior. Google Analytics uses a third-party cookie from DoubleClick to evaluate data about users' surfing behavior on various websites.
