We are looking for reinforcement for our team
Since the firm was founded in 2007, we have successfully campaigned for the rights of our more than 25,000 clients and have made a name for ourselves in consumer law with our pioneering work in the "diesel emissions scandal". Our goal is for every consumer to assert their rights and claims, even against large companies.
In order to achieve this optimally and efficiently, we rely on the latest legal tech applications and together create new processes and paths.
To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a:
Lawyer for General Civil Law (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the department's heavily IT-supported work in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.
- You take the lead from drafting the pleadings to representing the client in court.
- You will confidently lead the settlement negotiations with the opposing party and bring them to a successful conclusion.
- Through new ideas and solutions, you provide impetus to optimize existing processes.
your profile
- You are a fully qualified lawyer with above-average exam results and initial professional experience as a lawyer in general civil law.
- You work independently and in a structured manner and you also have good interpersonal skills.
- We are looking for a team player who is passionate about consumer rights and interested in the latest legal tech developments.
