Our case tonight at 7:30 pm on TV: Court case about vaccine damage

Trial begins against BionTech: Young woman sues for damages after severe vaccine injury

This evening at 7:30 p.m., WDR will report in the "Lokalzeit Bergisches Land" on the start of the court case against the vaccine manufacturer BionTech, which starts today in the Wuppertal Regional Court. At the center of the case is 19-year-old Selin Islami, who developed the rare and life-threatening autoimmune disease Myasthenia Gravis after her COVID-19 vaccination. Despite the official recognition as vaccine damage, the family is forced to sue BionTech for damages. Selin, once an active competitive gymnast, suffers from severe health problems and has to regularly take strong medication that impairs her immune system and poses further risks. Her mother, Aylin Dalgül, fought for a long time to have her daughter's illness recognized as vaccine damage and is tirelessly campaigning for fair compensation. The trial is being followed closely as it raises important questions about the responsibility of vaccine manufacturers and the recognition of vaccine damage.
