Deze verandering heeft verstrekkende gevolgen voor veel migranten die tot nu toe van de verkorte verblijfsduur hebben geprofiteerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onze immigratieadvocaten adviseren u uitgebreid over alle kwesties rond naturalisatie, verblijfsrechten en de juridische gevolgen van de geplande hervorming. Deze regeling geldt voor goed ge\u00efntegreerde personen met Duitse taalvaardigheid op C1-niveau en een actieve maatschappelijke betrokkenheid. In het regeerakkoord tussen CDU, CSU en SPD wordt expliciet gesproken over \u2018turbo-naturalisatie\u2019 en wordt de afschaffing ervan aangekondigd voor 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onze immigratieadvocaten adviseren u graag persoonlijk over uw mogelijkheden met betrekking tot het naturalisatierecht en onderzoeken of een snellere naturalisatie voor u nog steeds mogelijk is. Ook een dubbele nationaliteit is nog steeds de norm. De geplande afschaffing van de naturalisatie na drie jaar moet nog via een wetgevingsproces in de Bondsdag worden ge\u00efmplementeerd. Tot die tijd blijft de huidige regeling van toepassing. Er wordt echter verwacht dat de nieuwe regering binnenkort een wetsvoorstel zal indienen om de nationaliteitswet te wijzigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jetzt-handeln-einburgerung-nach-3-jahren-soll-bald-entfallen\"><strong><strong>Doe nu mee: naturalisatie na 3 jaar wordt binnenkort afgeschaft<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personen die op dit moment na drie jaar aan alle voorwaarden voor naturalisatie voldoen, moeten direct overwegen of een snelle aanvraag wel zinvol is.
