We brengen doorgaans meer tijd op het werk door dan thuis. Stoppen is dan ook nooit gemakkelijk. Tegenwoordig worden steeds meer werknemers getroffen door ontslagen, maar velen weten niet welke rechten ze hebben na ontslag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laat je nu niet ontmoedigen! Veel ontslagen werknemers hebben algemene wettelijke bescherming tegen ontslag. Dit zal zijn in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/kschg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Wet op de ontslagbescherming (KSchG)<\/a>&nbsp;gereguleerd en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/kschg\/__23.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">geldt voor werknemers waarvan de arbeidsrelatie langer dan zes maanden duurt en die niet in een kleine onderneming werkzaam zijn<\/a>. Be\u00ebindiging van de arbeidsrelatie is alleen onder bepaalde voorwaarden mogelijk. Indien hieraan niet is voldaan,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ru.law\/nl\/arbeitsrecht-kuendigungsschutz\/#fehler\">be\u00ebindiging kan ineffectief zijn<\/a>. Wetten zijn complex en niet voor iedereen direct te begrijpen, dus u kunt uw be\u00ebindiging altijd door ons laten regelen&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ru.law\/nl\/arbeitsrecht-kuendigungsschutz\/#schritte\">Laat het controleren!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-worum-sie-sich-nach-ihrer-kundigung-kummern-mussen\">Waar u na uw be\u00ebindiging rekening mee moet houden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blijf kalm! Dit is niet het moment voor overhaaste actie.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U dient zich binnen<strong>\u00a03 dagen<\/strong>\u00a0bij de <a href=\"https:\/\/ru.law\/nl\/arbeitsrecht-kuendigungsschutz\/#amt\">uitzendbureau <\/a>zich registreren als werkloos.
